Except as specifically provided otherwise in any manufacturer's written warranty, (the express terms of which are set forth in on the product packing meterials) all products offered are sold "As Is".

Industrial Supply Store/Waters Industrial Supply Co., Inc. hereby disclaim all warranties whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for any particular use or purpose.

And, in no event shall we be responsible for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damage, damages for loss of profit or damages for injury to any person or property, whether in an action for breach of contract or tort, arising out of any purchase or use of products offered.
